One of my favourite and tastiest ways to get more greens into my diet is with this smoothie. The best part is that, aside from the colour, you won’t even notice there are any greens in it! I’d describe it as sweet, creamy, and tropical, while being packed with nutrition.
Equipment:
- High Speed Blender
Serves 2 people
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mangoes
- 1 banana
- 2-3 medjool dates (or to desired sweetness)
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 to 1 cup chopped kale
- 1.5 cups soy milk (or alternative plant-based milk)
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
