It is an honour and privilege to be featured on the latest episode of The Rich Roll Podcast! Many consider Rich to be one of the original podcasters and when he reached out to invite me onto his show, I couldn’t have said yes fast enough. I’m excited to share my insights on nutrition with his expansive and diverse audience, and sincerely hope you all find some value in our conversation.
In this episode, we discuss:
- Where the seed oil hysteria stems from.
- Carnivore diet myths.
- Whether eating plenty of fibre truly mitigates the risks of red meat consumption.
- The main arguments brought forth by those who believe animal protein to be superior to plant protein.
- How plant and animal protein compare when it comes to our long-term health.
- Whether there truly is controversy among nutrition scientists (or if it’s isolated to social media).
- And much, much more!
